It goes down tomorrow nite!
Tomorrows the big nite! The "PDX Comedy Explosion" is going down! I'm excited cause I haven't on stage in a few years so some nerves are there. But I'm confident in my material and my stage presents so this should go smooth! I do hate that I'm on first but that's just gonna set the bar high for the next comedian! I'm about to kill this show. "PDX Comedy Explosion"
Still working on my material for the show cause its crunch time ! I have 4 days left to perfect my act ! Not to worried cause making people laugh is what I do. I am expecting a few haters in the crowd but thats normal this is Portland. Most people don't know that I've done stand-up before . Opened up for Rodney Perry (Monique sidekick on her talk show) a few years back up in Seattle. I've done 4 to 5 shows here in Portland and was pretty good, If I don't say so my self ! But looking forward to this show to flex my comediac skills on this fools . I will be recording the show and posting up on my blog site and my facebook pages. So stay tuned and be ready to laugh you ass of Inside the Mind of Hyjinx !

Can all recall when L.L. couldn't live without his radio & Too Short was schooling us all about the ghetto

Pras was a superstar and Wycliff took us to the carnival
Jay Z told me the streets was watching but I still couldn't leave it alone
Cause U.G.K had me walking around with a pocket full of stones
Been strictly business with E.P.M.D, got some philosophy from B.D.P
Even rock my Adidas and walk this way with Run D.M.C
Nas told me lifes a bitch, wore all white with Young Jeezy
Been in danger with Mystical and a fireman with Lil Weezy
Eminem came thru and help me clean out my closet
Even been coast to coast with a bunch of Alkaholiks
Been in the middle with Monie, had peaceful journeys with Heavy D
Seen Ms. Fat Booty with Mos Def, Arrested Development showed me Tennessee

But I eat, breath, believe & live this shit!

Relaxation
Sitting out by the fire sipping some E&J blazin some good-good! So peaceful...love it! It's nice to see my kids playing together. ...no toys. ...no games. ....just us enjoyin each others company!

Wow
Now this is the country! No running water, no indoor plumbing, no electricity just me, my family our good friend Marty and nature! Silence......no traffic, no dogs barking, no music blasting out of speakers just birds chirping and the sound of flowing water from the creek! I'm at peace!

Never knew how beautiful Oregon was. This is a shot from a mountain 40 miles outside of Lagrande. Nice view! About an hour from our destinations!

On the road!
Beautiful landscapes and sunny skies to start our trip. The kids are loving it! Reminds me of the mountain I grew up in in Asheville,NC. Love the smell of fresh air and pine trees. Guess I'm still a country boy!

Become one with nature
Getting ready to go camping with my kids DeMiya, Richard and Brooklyn for the first time! Looking forward to chillaxin next to a lake, fishing and some hiking with my family. Even my wife is looking forward to a little get away from the hustle and stress of the reg 9 to 5. And give me time to fine tune my stand-up material! Keep ya'll posted!
